Thanks for all your kind words + support about my move last week!!

We're still in boxes, but fully moved into to our new place (which is across the street from our old place, ha!).

After having lived in my previous apartment for 13 years, I joked with my friends:

"I wonder how long it will take me to walk home on the *other* side of the street?"

Thinking that after OVER a decade (!!!!), it would be hard to adjust.

Nope, not so.

It's like when you're traveling and you start referring to whichever Airbnb/hotel/friend's house you're staying at as HOME.

Does that happen to you too!?!?!

My body seems to know where new home is.

(Brace yourself, I know you can feel the cliché coming.... Home = Heart). ;)


This is why I feel it's so important to feel at home in your own body, in your own skin.

Our bodies are the thing that are ALWAYS our home, no matter where in the world we are or what's happening around us.

But so many of us don't feel at home in our skin.

Or used to, but don't anymore.

Or desperately want to, but don't even know where to begin.
